Jr NTR and Lakshmi Pranathi have maintained a close-knit family life since their marriage in 2011. They have two sons, Jaya Krishna and Bhargav Ram, the latter born on June 14, 2018.Speaking of Jr NTR's work, he was last seen in 'Devara: Part 1', directed by Koratala Siva, which featured an ensemble cast including Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Looking ahead, he will star in the Bollywood action thriller 'War 2', directed by Ayan Mukerji and co-starring Hrithik Roshan. This sequel to the 2019 hit 'War' is part of the YRF Spy Universe and is scheduled for release on August 14, 2025, coinciding with Rajinikanth's 'Coolie'.Jr NTR is also collaborating with director Prashanth Neel on a film tentatively titled 'NTRNeel' which is rumoured to be named 'Dragon', which is slated for a June 2026 release. This project is highly anticipated, with expectations of an action-packed spectacle on par with the 'KGF' and 'Salaar' series.On the other hand, as per a mint report, Jr NTR is set to portray the legendary Dadasaheb Phalke, widely regarded as the father of Indian cinema. The project, announced by filmmaker SS Rajamouli and his son SS Karthikeya in 2023, has recently finalized its script after months of detailed research.
