Tamil Nadu SSLC results 2025 Live : The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, is expected to release the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC, Class 10th) and Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSE, Class 11th) public examinations for the academic year 2024-25 on May 16, 2025. The Tamil Nadu Schoo Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, confirmed it and the formal announcement will take place at the Prof. Anbazhagan Education Complex.


This year, more than 17 lakh students appeared for the public examinations in the state. Out of the 9,08,080 candidates registered for the SSLC exams, approximately 8,94,264 students took the pen-and-paper tests between March 28 and April 15, 2025. The Class 11 (HSE +1) exams, which commenced earlier, saw nearly 8,00,000 candidates writing their papers between March 5 and March 27, 2025.
