How to make glass in Minecraft

Place sand in the top slot of a furnace
Add any of the fuels (like coal) in the bottom slot

Purple: Combine red and blue dyes
Cyan: Combine green and blue dyes
Light Gray: Combine white dye with black dye
Gray: Combine white dye with more black dye
Pink: Combine red dye with white dye
Lime: Combine green dye with white dye
Light Blue: Combine blue dye with white dye
Magenta: Combine purple with pink
Orange: Combine red with yellow
