Michael B. Jordan is getting ready for his big release, the Ryan Coogler horror movie, Sinners. And to promote the movie, the lead actor chose to make an appearance in NBA on TNT with host Ernie Johnson, and lead analysts Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley. During their conversation, Barkley, with a very straight face, asked the actor a really funny question that made him immediately laugh, as the rest of those present also joined in. And it's about none other than the movie's brilliant director.

Jordan was answering questions about what it was like shooting the movie or how getting to read the script was for the first time, NBA legend Charles Barkley decided to go a different route. He asked if this was the first time he had worked with this director with a very straight face.

This made Jordan laugh out loud immediately, as Ryan Coogler, who is the director of Sinners, has been one of the most frequent collaborators of his career. He has worked in all 5 feature films directed by Coogler so far - and accept the two Marvel movies, Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever; he has been the lead actor in the other three - Fruitvale Station, Creed, and now Sinners.

Michael B. Jordan is playing twin brothers - Smoke and Stack in the upcoming horror movie by Ryan Coogler, Sinners. Set in the Southern States in the 1930s, the movie sees two brothers returning home only to get entangled in an evil bigger than they could ever anticipate. The actor even discussed what it was like playing twins in the movie during his appearance on the NBA on TNT show.

Sinners is scheduled for an April 18 release in the US and is already being praised by critics for being one of the best movies of the year. So far, every Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan collaboration has brought amazing results, and fans hope to see more of that with their upcoming release.
