Randy Orton's choice of music during his workout sessions landed him in a soup at home in a hilarious manner.
WWE veteran Randy Orton is known for being a top star in the business, still going strong and in his peak physical condition. Orton maintains that prime shape with his regular workout sessions. However, during those gym hours, Orton has a specific choice of music that he listens. Moreover, the Viper likes to listen to it out loud, which has led to domestic drama with his wife on numerous occasions.
Why does Randy Orton's choice of music in the gym has led to some domestic drama with his beloved wife?
In a recent conversation with Billboard, the 14-time World Champion revealed that he likes to listen to popular rapper, Sexxy Red's music during his workout sessions. Orton claimed that she is among her top five music artists and likes to listen to her songs out loud in the gym to purposely annoy his wife, Kim Orton, often leading to some hilarious troubles with her.
Orton said, "
Ah, man. You know what? I get in trouble with my wife if I play her songs in the gym. I got to meet Sexyy at an NXT show in October and my wife and kids were there. She was great, and of course she’s from St. Louis. I don’t know who I’d take off, but maybe we’ll do a top five an throw Sexyy in there, too."As a result, WWE's Apex Predator stated that he now uses headphones to listen to Sexxy Red's music. Moreover, he also reflected on meeting Sexxy Red during one of her appearances on WWE NXT last year, which took place in October. Orton wrestled that show against the upstart NXT star, Je'Von Evans, and emerged victorious in his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.
Moving forward, Randy Orton is set to return to his hometown this weekend. He will battle his iconic rival, John Cena, for the Undisputed WWE Championship at the company's next Premium Live Event, Backlash. So it will be interesting to see if Orton can once again win in front of his home crowd in this high-stakes match against Cena one last time.
